View the spectacular sunsets and the beach from your private balcony in this comfortable Two-bedroom, Two full bath Beach Front condo. The master bedroom is fully furnished with a queen size bed, flat screen TV and has a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is fully furnished with one full and queen bed. Aflat screen TV. Unit comes with a flat screen TV in the spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a drip coffee maker. The unit is connected to the building wireless internet and has a dedicated phone for free long distance calling in U.S and Canada. Building amenities include a large patio, deck, lounge chairs, heated pool, barbecue, central elevator and coin operated washer/dryer room on each floor. No smoking. No pets.

The location of 50 Gulfside is excellent! It’s within walking distance to many great restaurants and we absolutely love the area. I have grown up coming to 50 Gulfside and now my kids are doing the same. We enjoy using the tables on the pool deck and appreciate the umbrellas for some shade. The beach is beautiful with soft sand and many shells.
