This Condo is set on the beautiful white sand of Indian Rocks Beach overlooking the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. Balcony contains glass doors that provide panoramic Gulf views from the Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen.

Unit 316 is a fully furnished condo that provides over 1008 sq. ft, of fully tiled living area. The Master bedroom has a king bed with its own walk in shower. The second bedroom has two full size beds. Both bedrooms have spacious dressers to accommodate your clothing. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large breakfast counter. Living room and dining has plenty of seating. We have Flat Screen TVs, in the bedrooms and living room. The condo has WIFI for the unit and telephone service that includes long distance phone calls in the US and Canada.

Building amenities include a large fully renovated patio, heated pool deck, two gas grills, heated pool, central elevator and stairs at both end of the building. We also have coin operated laundry room on each floor.

This quiet beach community is located half-way between Clearwater and St. Pete's Beach, only twenty minutes from Clearwater Airport and forty minutes from Tampa Airport. Walk to top restaurants, bars and shops, Easy access to Disney World (approx. 2 hrs.) and many other attractions.

No Smoking. No Pets.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR STAYS JULY 31 - END OF 2023:  Fifty Gulfside will begin a renovation project to upgrade the exterior of the building. During this period, construction scaffolding and sheets will be set in sections, three floors at a time. The work is detailed and extensive and depending on the phase it may require limiting the unit patio/balcony access, limiting of the common patio, limiting of the pool, and/or relocation of some parking spaces. While the contractor will strive to minimize the noise level and dust, we cannot make any guarantees.
