Fifty Gulfside, Unit #313 allows you to enjoy stunning 180-degree unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugary sands of Indian Rocks Beach. Inside, you'll be treated to island comfort in a tastefully decorated and fully remodeled one bedroom with two full-sized beds. The living room includes sofa and love seat, and a large flat screen TV with DVD and the full range of cable selections. The kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances is modern, clean and well equipped. In-suite private internet provides awesome signal strength in the unit or on the balcony. Our bedroom also features a flat screen TV with built-in DVD. The floors are fully tiled. The bathroom, also remodeled, features a granite vanity counter and floor to ceiling walk-in shower.

We love the ease of 50 Gulfside and location to the beach, ocean and inter coastal. Can't be beat. The nice pool, deck area and grills are great, We've been coming here for years and have stayed in the 1, 2 and 3 bdrm.. Feels like home every time we come! Just hope the things listed above get taken care of before our next trip. We appreciate having options oceanfront for just us, in a one bedroom, to the 2 and 3 bdrm when we have guests come with us! Just keep it up and running, freshened up, but dont change too much! We love the easy, old Florida feel!
