Spacious third floor corner unit showcases stunning views of the Intracoastal and the Gulf from the wraparound private balcony. This unit has an upgraded kitchen and bathrooms and can sleep up to 6. The master bedroom has a King size bed and a walk in shower. The second bedroom has Two full beds. Condo comes equipped with 3 flat screen TV's, and a fully equipped kitchen with a drip coffee maker. The unit has a dedicated Wi-Fi connection and has a dedicated phone for free long distance calling in U.S and Canada. Building amenities include a large fully renovated patio pool deck, two gas grills, heated pool, central elevator and coin operated laundry room on each floor. No smoking. No pets.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR STAYS JULY 31 - DEC 31, 2023
Fifty Gulfside has begun a renovation project to the exterior of the building. THIS UNIT HAS ALREADY UNDERGONE THE EXTERIOR RENOVATIONS and will no longer be directly affected by the work being performed but during your stay you may see construction scaffolding and protective sheets that will be set in sections, three floors at a time in other areas of the property. Please contact the office if you have any questions about the work being done.

The main TV was not working right. I talked with the Ladies at the office and they helped me out and got it to work. This was I believe our 6 or 7 time staying at 50 Gulfside. We enjoyed it very much.

We had a great time! The pool was a perfect temp and the deck area was huge….plenty of chairs, space, and tables for everyone!
