This unit has undergone a major renovation that finished in Sep of 2019. New bathrooms, new furniture, new mattresses, new bedding, remodeled closets and foyer, hurricane grade sliding glass doors that eliminate noise completely, larger TVs in every room and newly added kitchenware.
You will find a large and over-sized balcony in this unit, on the 3rd floor, offering unobstructed views of the inter-coastal waterway with boats, yachts, dolphins, birds and wildlife cruising the channel throughout the day, evening and night. Enjoy your meal on the outside balcony dining set or lounge on the Adirondack chairs with ottomans. The balcony faces straight east, so you can watch the sunrise in the morning or enjoy the afternoon shade for hours. Be sure to catch our famous beach sunsets in the evening from the beachside. They are unforgettable!
Gourmet kitchen offers granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, island/breakfast counter with 4 counter height chairs. The hall bath has a tub and shower, and the master bath has a frameless glass enclosed shower. Tile floors span the entire condo including both bedrooms and baths and ceiling fans are in both bedrooms and the living room.
You will find a deck box by the front door with some beach supplies and can house some additional beach gear.

We were really happy with our stay at Fifty Gulfside. The location is perfect. You really can't get much better than being right on the beach. Each condo may have slightly different amenities but pretty much have everything you can need. It was a large family vacation for us, so we had 4 condos rented in this complex. The only thing I can say was missing was beach towels. We didn't pack any since we flew and there weren't any provided in any of the condos our group rented. Minor inconvenience. That would not keep us from coming back. We would definitely book here again! The staff was nice and helpful. We had to call for maintenance once and they were there within 5 minutes. Talking to some of the other guests, there are a lot of people who book every year at this complex because they like it so much. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at 50 golf side so much! It was such a perfect place for us to spend our week. Away from the hustle and bustle of Clearwater and St Pete. But still so much to do. I really like to the relaxed vibe of this resort and how close it is to having your toes in the sand right out the back door. Condo number 305 was also beautifully updated and decorated, it had everything we needed including a cooler, beach chairs, beach mats, umbrella, etc. There is nothing I would change and I can't wait to come back again!
