Enjoy the spectacular Gulf Front and Intracoastal views from your private wrap around balcony in this spacious Two bedroom, Two bath corner unit. Unit is newly decorated and furnished . Two full beds in both bedrooms enough to sleep eight. Condo comes equipped with 2 flat screen TVs, and a fully equipped kitchen with a drip coffee maker. The unit has a dedicated Wi-Fi connection. Building amenities include a large fully renovated patio pool deck, two gas grills, heated pool and coin operated laundry room on each floor. No smoking. No pets.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR STAYS JULY 31 - DEC 31, 2023
Fifty Gulfside has begun a renovation project to the exterior of the building. THIS UNIT HAS ALREADY UNDERGONE THE EXTERIOR RENOVATIONS and will no longer be directly affected by the work being performed but during your stay you may see construction scaffolding and protective sheets that will be set in sections, three floors at a time in other areas of the property. Please contact the office if you have any questions about the work being done.

This was our 7th trip to 50 Gulfside. We were curious about the new staff with the new management, and were very pleased with the Front Desk (Katrina and Tammy?). We could see maintanence staff working hard . The pool seemed a little more sandy than normal (we didn't notice the pool cleaner coming through), and the grills could use come care. Otherwise, everything was great! Again, super pleased with the new Front Desk staff.

Second stay at the condos, first time in probably the nicest unit in the building 310 and second time in 218. Love the building location, building maintained perfectly. Major drawback is the bathrooms, very small and bedrooms tight fit. Realize thats the way building was built and not much can be done about these things. It might keep us from coming back.
