Two full bathrooms with one walk-in shower. Condo comes equipped with 3 flat screen TV's, and a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances. The unit has a dedicated Wi-Fi connection and has a dedicated phone for free long distance calling in U.S and Canada. Building amenities include a large fully renovated patio pool deck, two gas grills, heated pool, central elevator and coin operated laundry room on each floor. No smoking. No pets.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR STAYS JULY 31 - DEC 31, 2023
Fifty Gulfside has begun a renovation project to the exterior of the building. THIS UNIT HAS ALREADY UNDERGONE THE EXTERIOR RENOVATIONS and will no longer be directly affected by the work being performed but during your stay you may see construction scaffolding and protective sheets that will be set in sections, three floors at a time in other areas of the property. Please contact the office if you have any questions about the work being done.
