Unit has a dedicated Wi-Fi connection and a phone for free long distance calling in the U.S. and Canada. Building amenities include a large fully renovated patio pool deck, two gas grills, heated pool, central elevator and coin operated laundry room on each floor. No smoking. No pets.

Amazing location and experience!!! Thank you for sharing this gem with us!! Excellent!!! The condo is in a perfect location and easily walkable to many restaurants. The Suncoast Trolley that goes from Clearwater to John's Pass picked up and dropped off within in a block of the condo and very easy to navigate.
