Fifty Gulfside has begun a renovation project to the exterior of the building. During this period, construction scaffolding and protective sheets will be set in sections, three floors at a time. The balcony view may be limited at times and parking spaces may be relocated as needed. While the contractor is striving to minimize the noise level and dust, we cannot make any guarantees. As the work begins on the southern intracoastal units and progresses counter-clockwise to the North, the office may be able to assist you in picking out a unit that will not have balcony obstructions during your stay.
