Only real complaint was that when we checked in no one at the front best mentioned to us that the unit was reserved by the owner for 2025, during our normal dates in January that we have reserved the unit for the past four years. We found out about that a few days before we left when checking out some other properties. Owner can reserve when they want, but a heads up would have been nice so we could have had more time to secure another place for 2025. We did reserve a unit in a different TRS Managed Building for 2025, thanks to the great help from Jess in the TRS main office.
