Enjoy views of the beach and ocean from two sliding glass doors while in the kitchen, dining room, or living room. The dining area has a ceiling fan overhead. Beach cottage feel in the living room which features two couches, chair, coffee table, and a flat screen TV with cable. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, dresser, closet, and TV with cable. Within the master bedroom is a master half bath. The second bedroom has two full beds, dresser, ceiling fan, closet, and TV with cable. The main bathroom is brightly decorated and features a full tub and shower. The front door opens to a hallway that leads to a private reserved parking spot. Private WiFi available in unit. Many restaurants, shops, and attractions are within walking distance and there is a local trolley available to take you up and down Indian Shores. Building amenities include a large fully renovated patio pool deck, two gas grills, heated pool and coin operated laundry room on each floor. No smoking. No pets.

Fifty Gulfside has begun a renovation project to the exterior of the building. During this period, construction scaffolding and protective sheets will be set in sections, three floors at a time. The balcony view may be limited at times and parking spaces may be relocated as needed. While the contractor is striving to minimize the noise level and dust, we cannot make any guarantees. Please contact the office for more information regarding this project and how it may impact your stay. As the work begins on the southern intracoastal units and progresses counter-clockwise to the North, the office may be able to assist you in picking out a unit that will not have balcony obstructions during your stay.
