Get a taste of Coastal Living at its best! Stay at this bottom floor corner unit with 180 degree views of Indian Rocks Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Private gated wrap around porch with table, cushioned chairs, and two lounges. There is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove, dishwasher, and Keurig. Enjoy views of the beach and ocean from two sliding glass doors while in the kitchen, dining room, or living room. The dining area has a ceiling fan overhead. Beach cottage feel in the living room which features two couches, chair, coffee table, and a flat screen TV with cable. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, dresser, closet, and TV with cable. Within the master bedroom is a master half bath. The second bedroom has two full beds, dresser, ceiling fan, closet, and TV with cable. The main bathroom is brightly decorated and features a full tub and shower. The front door opens to a hallway that leads to a private reserved parking spot. Private WiFi available in unit. Many restaurants, shops, and attractions are within walking distance and there is a local trolley available to take you up and down Indian Shores. Building amenities include a large fully renovated patio pool deck, two gas grills, heated pool and coin operated laundry room on each floor. No smoking. No pets.

Despite the lousy weather all week we had a great time, so much so we booked our stay for next year… in a different unit.

Everything was great. If I had any advice on the place. Maybe, a little lower watt bulb or softer light on the end walkways. We were on the end, and while it was super convenient taking things out. The light was fairly bright coming into the unit at night. But, it was really no problem at all. It was great!! The weekend maintenance guy( forgot his name) was extremely helpful . He is a special person, the weather was excellent. We will be back !!
