The property features a heated pool, private beach, bbq grills, shuffle board court and a sun deck. The Caprice is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Unit #407 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a fully equipped kitchen. Private balcony with a direct Gulf Front view. The master bedroom has a King size bed and large window looking out to the beach. The second bedroom has two Twin beds with a water view and balcony access. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated. Wood laminate flooring throughout. Free Wi-Fi and cable.

This generously sized 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is awaiting you with stunning Gulf Front views. The private balcony is large enough for the entire family. Unique to “corner units”, this condo has water views from both bedrooms. Laminate floors throughout entire condo. Beautiful coastal theme.

BBQ grills are located on the sun deck – a great hangout spot down by the water. Caprice also offers a recreation room (with limited fitness equipment) and a Shuffleboard court. Coin operated laundry machines are located on the 2nd, 4th, and 5th floors. Free WI-FI is available in the condo and common areas.

We have stayed at this condo multiple times. We have always enjoyed our stay here. We love the location and the comfort of the condo. Having coffee and breakfast on the balcony that overlooks the ocean is something we enjoy the most and sipping wine there in the evenings too.
