The master bedroom has a King size bed and large window looking out to the beach. The second bedroom has two Twin beds with a water view and balcony access. The living room sofa has a upgraded "Air Dream" Sleeper Sofa mattress that is inflated with an air pump.

The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated in 2022. Tile flooring throughout main living areas, carpet in the bathroom. Free Wi-Fi and cable.

The Caprice is a beachfront resort located right on beautiful St. Pete Beach.  Quick and convenient access to the beach with our private gate. The heated pool is beachside offering beautiful views. BBQ grills are located on the sun deck – a great hangout spot down by the water.  Caprice also offers a recreation room (with limited fitness equipment) and a Shuffleboard court. Coin operated laundry machines are located on the 2nd, 4th, and 5th floors. Free WI-FI is available in the condo and common areas.
