Overall it was a great place to call home for 11 days.
Kitchen very well equipped with lots of dishes etc. Living room was very comfortable to relax. The king beds are comfortable and lots of storage in the bedrooms. The 2 single beds are ideal for kids - probably not the best for an adult to sleep in.
A few things to note:
They do not provide beach towels
They do not provide additional bedding (the change sheets)
An additional (3rd) set of keys would be useful since we had 6 people staying (2 grandparents, 2 parents, 2kids) - often going in different directions. Took a lot of extra coordination to make sure we could access the property

Excellent customer service from this company. I called them 3-4 times with questions during my stay and each phone call was answered promptly and my questions were answered! No waiting or VM needed ... actually spoke with a very kind individual each time. Thank you.

Overall our experience was great! We loved our vacation to Indian Shores and our stay at Beach Palms #311. Building, pool and beach were all very convenient to use. Loved the view from our condo's balcony.
