This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bedroom "Eco Village" townhome is only steps away from the Gulf of Mexico. The open layout and split floor plan make it inviting for larger families and groups. The kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, and the bathrooms are all new as well. Off the huge great room you can enjoy with front view with a partial Gulf View. The master bedroom has a King size bed, the second bedroom has a Queen size bed, and the third bedroom has 2 Twin beds. At this time there is a Television only in the living room. High speed WiFi is available throughout. A full size washer and dryer is located right in the unit.
The ground level consists of garage space while a flight of stairs will bring you into the main living space on the second floor. Located in a unique, small, development with focus on energy efficiency each townhome having it's own solar panel. It's is only steps away from the Gulf of Mexico, Caddy's on the Beach, Sweet Brunette coffee shop and many other dining and shopping options.

We had a wonderful stay. The townhome was just the right size for my husband & I with our 3 kids (21,19 & 17 year old). The unit was very clean, had all the essentials especially linens & kitchenware for everyday cooking! We were able to park our Tacoma & 4 runner in the parking garages! Location was great. We loved how we could walk to the beach as well as to the boardwalk. Wonderful place.

This was our second time staying at this unit. We really like the location and the updated interior. Very nice place. It's why we returned to it and probably will again. The staff at TRS are very friendly and helpful too.

This was our first year staying with TRS; the second year in one of these houses. We love the location and the entire set up of the rentals! The tandem garage makes for a great place that our teenage boys to hangout in the evening or for the occasional rainy day the adults played putter ball. A washer/dryer is a must for me and this floor plan is perfect for our family.

We could not be more happy with our decision to rent this house for Spring Break. Perfect for our family of 5. Perfect location...could walk everywhere. Perfect proximity to the beach. We loved the house. TRS was great to work with as well.
