The" Villas at John's Pass" is a small property of just 4 units, located on the North end of the historic boardwalk and fishing village. The beach is just across the street. The apartment was recently renovated with all new furnishings. Each of the two bedrooms have a queen size bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa. Unit #4 is located on the second floor, accessible by an indoor staircase. Shared washer and dryer available at no cost. Free Wi-Fi and Cable television. Madeira Beach is a small beach community located within a short drive to two of the highest rated beaches in Florida: St. Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach. The historic "John's Pass Village and Boardwalk" is a top attraction on everyone's list. With a large variety of shops, restaurants, bars, and sites to see, you are likely to spend more time here than you do on the beach! The quaintness of the neighborhood along with the warm Gulf waters, make Madeira Beach one of the most family-friendly places to stay.

Overall experience was good. I would include beach towels in each unit for guests …it is the last thing a guest should have to worry about. The unit was impeccably clean and smelled so fresh. It was scarcely decorated which I guess could be a plus as you don't have to worry about accidentally breaking anything. The location was great and very easy to find.

Great - only exception was the night the entire place reeked of pot smoke. Reported it to the office only to be told smoking was not allowed. No kidding. Not sure what could have been done. Just disappointed in other's behavior and inconsideration.

We can definitely say that we will be back.The staff was great and on top of things even when we decided to stay an extra night. Although next time we want to get a place right on the beach just for that experience. We all enjoyed our stay and the ease of not having to worry about anything everything we could have needed or wanted was already in the room just add food and refreshments makes it very nice. A home away from home. We will be referring your services to our friends and family that want to take a trip to the area.

Perfect location! Easy walk across the street to enjoy one of the best beaches I have seen. Great bar with live music one building away that is the start of the board walk. Very nice accommodations, had just about everything you needed for a great vacation.

The experience was great, I would definitely recommend everyone to stay at TRS. The location is perfect being a baseball throw away from John's Pass and the beach.

Everything was clean and comfortable! The short walk to beach was easy. I thought there was laundry available but other than that everything was so easy.
