Sea Breeze of Madeira 706 is a top floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on beautiful Madeira Beach. The balcony looks directly out over the sand with fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Sea Breeze 706 is a nicely updated condo, tastefully decorated and includes a master suite with 2 queen beds and a walk-in shower, a queen bed in the second bedroom, a second full bath, tiled living and dining area, new kitchen with granite counters, comfortable beds and a private balcony. Close to shopping, water sports, restaurants, local attractions and only 6 blocks from famous John's Pass Village, close enough where you can walk or check out the beach trolley. The complex has a heated pool and hot tub located on the beach side of the property. Rates from $1,150 to $1,500 per week plus departure fee and taxes. Shorter stays and pricing for monthly stays also available. Sea Breeze of Madeira 706 has many guests who ask for this condo year after year and you will too. Book early as this one books up fast!

We like staying at Sea Breeze, the unit was Ok, drawers in the kitchen need to be cleaned, some of the silverware and dishes were not very clean. The shower water temperature can not be controlled it's warm then cold then hot all the time, we made sure we weren't using water anywhere else in the unit, but it made no difference.s

We have gone on vacation in this area every year for the past 7 years. My kids (ages 10 and 12) have rated this as their favorite location and I would agree. The location is perfect. The view could not be better. We will definitely look to book again next year.
