Redington Surf Resort unit #17 is a two bedroom PENTHOUSE condo with the "Gulf of Mexico in it's back yard"! Beautiful Gulf Front view from this third floor unit (accessible by stairs). It has a king size bed in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the second room. The unit comes with cable TV, a recliner and leather sofas. This unit has two bathrooms and private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This is the only unit that has its own washer and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher for your convenience. Free Wi-Fi. One assigned parking space provided. Redington Surf Resort is located right on the beautiful beach of North Redington Beach. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping, and easy access to the trolley. The property offers a heated swimming pool. The shuffleboard court, BBQ grills, covered picnic tables, and sun deck are all beach front so you can soak in the gorgeous view.

Overall our experience was favorable. There are some repairs that should take place in Unit 17. The stove top heating burners are not level. It is hard to cook anything at a even temperature. The carpet in the hallway should be replaced. Little coasters should be placed under each chair leg and table leg to prevent the extremely loud scraping noise that they make. A key pad should be placed outside the door that is in the master bedroom. All patio doors should be replaced as some do not line up so they can be locked. It smells like MOLD under the kitchen sink. The SMOKE ALARM NEEDS a new battery. There is a utility closet outside on the balcony facing the gulf and the door does not shut so when its windy the door bangs back and forth so we have to put a chair in front of it to keep it closed.

The unit was more than what we had expected. You couldn't ask for better views of the Gulf. 2 decks, both with amazing views. We were worried due to stairs and 3rd floor. The unit had 2 sets of stairs, one which had railings on both sides which made it easier to go up and down. We are ready to book same time next year!

This is a wonderful property. The beach/ocean views from nearly every room are spectacular. Sitting out on the spacious decks every day and night was especially wonderful. The property is amazingly clean with no ants/bugs at all. The beds/pillows are comfortable, and there are plenty of comfortable couches and chairs. I would caution older guests that the stairs are hard to navigate and I was pretty tired after hauling in our stuff the first day. Just a caution if stairs are a problem for you. With newer appliances, this would be an even more wonderful property. We loved it.

Overall we had a great time. We had 17 members of our family visiting and rented 5 units, I - 2 BR, 2 - 1 BRs; and 2 - Studios. The best part of the resort for us was the size of the Penthouse which allowed the entire family to gather and eat together. We are in the process of settling on a week to return in 2022 if everyone can get their act together.
