Madeira Bay Resort #502 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private balcony. Views of marina, sunrises, waterway and islands. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second has bunk beds. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Tile and wood flooring throughout. 39" flat screen TV in living room, smaller flat screen TV in master bedroom. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. This condo is pet friendly with restrictions ($150 non refundable pet fee). One parking pass provided.
Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

We love it at Madeira Beach Resort! We stayed last year and this year and will again in 2025. A great location where you are a minute or two walk from St. John's pass that is perfect for kids and a safe area. Close to restaurants and activities, heated pool and a perfect location for a vacation. We will be back!

We understand that TRS manages individual owner's units. As you can see above regarding our survey of TRS staff, we found them friendly, helpful, and caring. Also understanding.
But for TRS not to have a checklist for each unit that is reviewed before a new guest arrives leaves TRS somewhat responsible for the experience a guest has. It should not be the guests' responsibility to make a unit usable by complaining, even though we understand it is one way of finding out what needs fixing. However, such things as the mattress, the living room fan, the thermostat were things that could have been made right before we arrived if you required staff to check certain things in a unit to see if they need replacing.
Appreciate that every time a guest must make a complaint, the resort itself goes down a notch or two. With what we went through, no matter how great your staff is, we'd definitely never stay in Unit 502 again. And talking with other guests who were suffering similar issues, we'd have to question returning to the resort itself.
