Madeira Bay Resort #314 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private balcony. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second has a queen size bed. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Newly remodeled with tile floors throughout. Three flat screen TV's including a 2021 54" Samsung Smart TV in the living room, a 2021 43" Samsung Smart TV in the master bedroom, and a 2021 32" Samsung Smart TV in the second bedroom. Two DVD players. Dining room table for two plus additional bar seating for four. Upgraded balcony furniture for four. King in bedroom and Queen bed in den, sleeper sofa in living room. Full kitchen with updated appliances, new high efficiency washer & dryer in unit, handicap accessible, walk in shower with grab bars, grab bars in shower/tub combo as well, usb charging outlets, private balcony, and free wifi. Views of Gulf of Mexico. One parking pass provided. Keyless entry for contactless check-in if desired.
Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

We have stayed at many beach resorts within Florida and Unit 314 located Maderia Bay Resort has to be the nicest one I have ever stayed in.

We had an amazing time staying at your resort. We loved that the beach was so close and easy walk for anyone. It was quiet and both the condo and grounds were clean. We will definitely stay again!!

Unit 314 was perfect for our party of 3. Very clean, plenty of kitchen supplies and very convenient access to the beach across the street and restaurants / bars. The Sun Coast trolley made getting around easy for only $5 per rider. We will definitely consider madeira Bay for future trips.

The balcony door is really hard to open and close but it had a wonderful view
