The brand new Madeira Bay Resort I #1602 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private balcony with views of the Gulf of Mexico. King size bed in the master, bunk beds in the second bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Flat screen TV's in the living room and master. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. This condo is NOT pet friendly. One parking pass provided.
Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

We enjoyed our stay here and loved the view from the balcony as well as the master bedroom. Was wonderful to have a washer and dryer unit available as well. Easy access to the beach was a plus.
