The brand new Madeira Bay Resort I #1301 is a three bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private balcony. King size bed in the master, queen in the second bedroom and bunk beds in the third bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Flat screen TV's in the living room and master. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. This condo is NOT pet friendly. One parking pass provided.
Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

Great time . Excellent location . Stopped for some groceries on way in from airport . Never drove again until went back to airport . Easy Beach access. Felt safe walking around The main strip and surrounding neighborhoods early in the morning or late at night.
Key codes for entry to resort and room far better than keys or electronic cards
Never made it fitness center would if 24 hours
access or 6 am to midnight.

Overall experience was good. Would recommend signage to get to the front desk as location of the front desk was an a odd location. Also the address to the hotel is incorrect on google. The address took us to barefoot beach across the street.

Check in was easy, parking and entrance was simple. The condo was comfortable with just enough cooking items to get you through. I would like to see maybe 2 more chairs for the balcony. Location was perfect, close to shops beach and dining.
I'd definitely stay again!

It was great. Very short walk across the street to the beach and boardwoard. I do wish the pool was bigger for two resort buildings utilizing the pool but overall we can't really complain.
