Welcome to Las Brisas #203, your home away from home! This spacious condo features 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with plenty of room for everyone. Step out onto the balcony and prepare to be amazed by the stunning direct view of the gulf front. In the master bedroom, you'll find a king size bed just waiting for you to sink into it. The second bedroom is equally inviting with its 2 queen beds, while the third bedroom offers two twin size beds. Entertainment is never far away with TV's in the living room and master bedroom. If you enjoy a night in, the living room also provides a sleeper sofa for those extra cozy evenings. And don't worry about laundry – we've got it covered with a washer and dryer conveniently located inside the unit! Stay connected with our complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. ONE assigned parking space is included. If you have more than one vehicle, please make arrangements for additional vehicles prior to arrival. Las Brisas is situated right at the heart of beautiful Madeira Beach. You'll have your own private beach access directly from the ground level. Take a dip in the heated pool that overlooks the beach, or relax under the tiki huts and picnic area. BBQ grills are also on-site for those perfect vacation cookouts. We can't wait to welcome you!

We enjoyed our stay at Las Brisas again this year. The condo is centrally located to so many attractions in the area. The beach is never crowded and the maintenance person in charge of the grounds is alway cleaning and maintaining the grounds. The only complaint is the floors in the condo leave your socks or feet black so have a pair of shoes just to wear in the condo. It was a perfect fit for the 4 adults on our trip.

It was amazing. I was there in October with my family and brought back three of my girlfriends this time. They were so impressed. They are all going to book a vacation next year with their families. We had a great time. This was our 13th girl weekend and first in this unit. Our units are determined by availability with our dates and large enough to accommodate our group of 10. The resort fit our needs perfectly!

I love the location! Beaches are clean & safe. Good location to walk or short drives to your needs. This unit wasn’t as stocked as others. Management responded quickly to issues which was wonderful and appreciated. Thankful for Tim and Steven with cabanas and Steven was amazing cleaning the grounds . Definitely deserves a bonus or raise. So kind.

Very spacious clean condo with spectacular gulf view. Amazing sunsets. Large balcony. Kitchen had what we needed to cook several meals instead of going out. Pool area and grounds well kept. Pool temperature nice and warm. Stores and restaurants within walking distance. Clean beach. I would stay again.

Overall we really enjoyed the condo and it was in a nice location and had a great view of the ocean right out the back balcony. It was nice and close to restaurants, bars, groceries, and not too far away from Johns Pass.
