It’s all about the location

The location is perfect for a beach vacation without the chaos of the busier, surrounding beaches. As for the rental, Gulf Winds is an older property with a great need for updates. The description for the room says it has a great view of the beach and sunsets, but it doesn’t. There is a tiny balcony and if you step out on it you can see a little bit of the beach but in May the sun sets too far to the north to see from the balcony. The pool was nice and great for a quick swim after the beach. The bed was comfortable. It was nice to have a full kitchen to prepare meals. It was in need of a deep cleaning and a few repairs. The building hallway is only cleaned every 2 weeks which would explain the many stains and lots of sand. Just have to remember it’s all about the location.
